The same heater type can behave very differently depending on the machine, process material, operating temperature, duty cycle and how well heat is transferred into the part. That is why Maurya Heater asks for application details along with size and electrical rating.
For OEM and replacement enquiries, share the machine type, heater photograph or drawing, dimensions, voltage, wattage, quantity, connection position and target operating temperature. For new applications, also include the material being heated and expected heat-up time.
