Hot runner systems
Used around hot-runner nozzles and manifolds where the heater must fit the component closely and provide controlled heat in limited space.
Injection nozzles
Suitable for nozzle heating where compact dimensions and fast thermal response are important for maintaining processing temperature.

How to order a replacement coil heater
For a replacement, provide the internal coil diameter, overall coil length, cross-section if known, voltage, wattage, lead length and the exact lead exit direction. Photographs of the heater both installed and removed help identify the winding direction and any formed sections.
Coil heaters depend on close contact with the heated component. A loose fit reduces heat transfer and can create hot spots, so the mechanical fit should be checked before simply increasing wattage.
For new hot-runner or nozzle applications, share the component diameter, heated length, target process temperature, available thermocouple position and controller details.
